About Us

Let’s make your workplace safer for everyone

Waking Up Workplace Trainings offers webinars and E-Learning courses on how to prevent drug and alcohol substance abuse in the workplace through early identification and reasonable cause suspicion training.

Whether your company employs 2 or 2,000, we can help you implement practical and hands-on techniques for expanding your performance management assessment and review systems as they relate to drug and alcohol substance abuse in your workplace.

We are an international training company offering our courses in English through our E-Learning platform. Courses can also be delivered in Spanish and French through on-line facilitation with advanced notification.

Who are we?

We are a training company passionate about the reduction of workplace substance abuse.

We deliver information that draws from the fields of psychology, neuro-science, neuro-biology, human resource occupational training and addiction counselling. By incorporating information from these diverse fields, we believe that our courses can engage active participation from our students.

Together, we can change the attitudes and behaviours towards the use and abuse of drugs in the workplace. This refers to all drugs, from recreational to medical usage.

Unchecked, drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace can and does lead to safety issues that compromise the safety of everyone in the workplace.

Waking Up Workplace Trainings is a NAID* (National Association for Information Destruction) associate vendor.

* Our courses fulfill the requirements for NAID audit item 1.3

Our Vision:

We believe that when everyone delivers his or her personal best, a synergy is created with others that unlocks a stronger drive to excellence, creative solutions, and an openness to new possibilities.

This can only occur when bridges are built between people that

recognize and respect individual differences,

while still working towards the achievement of common goals, desires, and the broader expansion of a win-win attitude.
